The Futures Desk
Each model here answers a hard public question with an essay around it and levers you can pull. The model lives on its own site; the desk carries the summary, the status, the claims it answers, and the link. Around the models the desk keeps a record of the people, projects, sites, books and funders working on the same questions.
The point is to let people play with the models themselves, whichever side of an argument they arrive from. Real public claims are quoted and answered with the model's output, not with prose.
Status is shown on every card. ● live means published and playable. ◐ in progress means being built. ○ proposed means an idea with a devlog and nothing to play yet. Proposed cards exist so the pipeline is visible; nothing on them is a promise.
